Withdrawal Policy

For the avoidance of doubt and subject at all times to prevailing program terms, a Client’s eligibility to initiate any disbursement request (a “Withdrawal”) from their Account shall be contingent upon the Client’s simultaneous and uninterrupted participation in, and maintenance of, active funding positions in both of the following Investment Tiers (collectively, the “Dual-Tier Requirement”): (i) the Silver Plan and (ii) the Gold Plan. For purposes of this clause, “active” shall mean not suspended, cancelled, lapsed, or otherwise rendered ineligible under any other provision herein, whether due to delinquency, breach, or administrative action, and as determined by Blyston Pro Investment, in its sole and absolute discretion.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, no Withdrawal shall be processed unless, at the time of submission and at all times through settlement, the Dual-Tier Requirement is met, including satisfaction of any minimum tenure, cooling-off, or look-back periods applicable to either Investment Tier. The presence of partial allocations, pending reallocations, or conditional upgrades/downgrades shall not, by themselves, be construed as satisfying the Dual-Tier Requirement unless and until such changes have posted to the Account ledger as fully effective.

Calculation of amounts eligible for Withdrawal, if any, shall be determined by reference to the Account’s Balance Profit (defined as realized gains recorded in the ordinary course of account operations, net of fees, reversals, claw-backs, and adjustments, and exclusive of principal, bonuses, rebates, promotional credits, and other non-profit accruals). Blyston Pro Investment may, in the ordinary course of risk management, exclude from Balance Profit any entries that are provisional, disputed, illiquid, derived from non-standard instruments, or otherwise designated as subject to further verification.
